Contents restoration is the service that makes that possible without anything getting lost or damaged in the process.
How Pack-Out Works
- Inventory — every item is photographed and logged before it leaves the property, creating a clear record for you and your insurance company
- Pack & transport — belongings are carefully packed and moved to a secure facility, out of the way of extraction, demolition, and reconstruction
- Cleaning & restoration — smoke, soot, water, and mold-affected items are cleaned using the appropriate method for the material and contamination type
- Odor treatment — fabrics, upholstery, and porous items get deodorization, not just surface cleaning
- Secure storage — items are stored securely until the structure is ready
- Return & placement — cleaned belongings are delivered back and placed once reconstruction is complete

Will my belongings be cleaned or just stored?
Both, where possible. Items affected by smoke, soot, water, or mold are cleaned and deodorized using methods matched to the material, not just boxed up dirty. Items that are safe as-is are simply packed, stored, and returned.
How do you keep track of everything during a pack-out?
A full photo inventory is taken before anything leaves the property, giving you and your insurance company a clear record of every item, its condition, and where it went — nothing moves without being logged first.
